Adequate quality sleep is important for ideal health condition. The recommended hours of are 7-9 children, adolescents, adults and elderly to maintain good health. Recent developments in the field technology have changed habits lifestyles students which causes disorders among students. Sleep people affected by several factors such as gender, age, occupation, psychological state but recently it has been recognized that dietary diversity BMI also implicated people. Dietary variety or number different food group’s eats over time given. Studies done past indicated duration associated positively with fruits vegetables intake while consumption sweet snack items including junk would lead lesser duration. Also, short poor were an increase fat mass. Another study indicate predict obesity high body mass adults. Several studies argued excessive introduction food, leads increased risk term sleep, changes hormones responsible hunger appetite control especially leptin ghrelin. Adults children less, overweight dysfunctional eating behaviors, decreased physical activity metabolic changes. review aims see how age group
